The Role:
We are seeking experienced Medical Receptionists for our expanding business. Our brand new Kelmscott clinic will open in August 2025 and will provide Urgent Care to our clients. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in a Health Care/GP setting, along with a strong commitment to providing high-quality administrative support within a healthcare environment.
In this role, you will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of St John Medical and Urgent Care, occasionally working autonomously. You will follow established high-quality processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of consistent, professional service to patients, doctors, and corporate clients.
Our clinic is open 7 days per week and hours will range from 7.30am and 8.30pm Monday to Sunday. Must be prepared to work weekends and evening shifts.
