Dental Manager - Joondalup - Full Time

The Role:

• Full time position
• Monday - Friday
• Fantastic opportunity for a Dental Manager with strong leadership experience

As Dental Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of the Dental Practice. The practice incorporates medical, dental and urgent care facilities and you will be responsible for leading the Dental Team.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for the day to day work flow of the Dental Clinic
• Employee management of Dental Assistants and Receptionists
• Overseeing reception and covering when required
• Be happy to assist our Dentists chair-side, pre-empting their needs when required
• Perform surgery preparation in anticipation of the daily schedule
• Follow instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures
• Care for our patients like they are family and bring a positive and professional energy to the team

To be considered you will have:

• Previous senior level responsibilities including people management is a must
• Cert IV in Dental Assisting
• Significant chair-side experience
• Dental Reception experience
• Experience using dental4windows in room and reception
• Knowledge of Health Care funds and Hicaps
• Exceptional inter-personal and customer service skills
