St John Urgent Care clinics nestle themselves perfectly between the First Aid and Ambulance services of St John WA. We treat walk-in patients with urgent medical needs and we are expanding our services to include several brand-new clinics across Perth.

This is an exciting new era for St John as we open additional dedicated primary health clinics to service our community where they need it most.

Your role:

We are seeking skilled Urgent Care Nurses to work across multiple clinic locations based at Canninton and Armadale which will incorporate medical, dental and urgent care facilities.

What you will be doing:

Taking care of patients with urgent medical needs 7 days per week. Our Urgent Care Centres are similar to a mini Emergency Department and treat a range of illnesses and injuries which means each shift will be different, busy and exciting.

Ideal applicants will have:

• Registration with AHPRA - Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with no restrictions
• Emergency Department setting experience (essential)
• Triage experience (essential)
• Casting and cannulation (advantageous but training will be provided)
• Current CPR certificate
• Covid vaccination (proof required)
• Knowledge and familiarity of Best Practice software (highly regarded)
• Police Clearance (inside 3 months old)
